What’s up, BEAUTIFUL people!
I’m Maxime Hugo, a commercial photographer, filmmaker, and fitness entrepreneur. I’ve found a way to combine my love for athletics with a successful business career.
My journey began in the Swiss mountains, where I skied with some of the best in the world. I started making videos with friends, filming our crazy stunts and double backflips. Soon, I fell in love with kitesurfing, skydiving, and wave surfing. Capturing athletes at their peak and performing these sports myself led me to dive deep into sports performance. I wanted to become the healthiest, fastest, and strongest version of myself while running my creative business.
At 21, while working full-time as a photographer and filmmaker, I dedicated myself to training. I focused on bodyweight exercises and calisthenics, paying close attention to my diet. I mastered moves like the handstand push-up and muscle-ups, gaining over 20 kg of pure muscle. I became faster, more explosive, and stronger, achieving a top athletic body. This fitness journey also helped me excel in extreme sports, from surfing massive waves to jumping off 30-meter cliffs.
This lifestyle didn’t just transform me physically. It boosted my confidence, energy, focus, creativity, and discipline. These qualities helped me succeed in my photography and videography business, traveling the world to film car commercials and chase storms and waves with top athletes.
I’m convinced that my physical accomplishments are key to my professional success.
Today, I share my fitness journey through my app, Maxop I created it to help you build muscle, burn fat, and become more explosive and faster. It’s all about becoming the best athletic version of yourself while pursuing your career and passions.
I believe in a no-nonsense approach to fitness. You don’t need expensive supplements or machines. I’ve developed a system that works no matter where you are or how busy your life is.
